I have bid and won a HTC mobile on eBay on the 6th of feb. I did the payment on the 7th, then I get e-mail for EBay that they have cancelled all the acounts of this seller, and I should cancel the bank transfer, but till that time the amount was debeted from my account.

Then I called Huctec and I was confirmed that the moned was recived to their account and they will send the mobile. But till date I did not recive the goods. I have sent two reminder mails but no response, the HOT line number is of no use.

I will be going to the Police if i dont get any response till the 27th.
