1. 33/7554 (The company refused to take the groupon; they told "Groupon" didn't pay them. I had to pay cash and without any discount.)

2. 10/7358 (The restaurant is closed completely, they don't work anymore.)

I have wrote to the service support twice about these 2 deals. One ticket that they opened was with number (Ticket-Nr: 1156563) but there is no response rom them. Another one I didn't receive even e-mail with a ticket number. Today I called twice to the customer service line 01805 23 23 88 but again - no one responded.

I want to return the money for both deals into my account: 33/7554 - 19 Euro 10/7358 - 74 Euro
