I bought 4 bar chairs, the info on the site stated that they were as high as 80 to 100 cm. When I received them they were much shorter. Conclusion, wrong info on the site. I complained and asked for a return, no answer. After I threatened with a lawyer I got an answer, with return papers and the promise that they would send me my money back after receival of the return confirmation. I returned it 2 months ago, gave them the info, but still no money back.

It gets even better. After asking when my refund would be transferred, they simply stated that I was a business customer, and therefor had no right to return. So they issued a new order. Which was delivered next day to my neighbours. I was on holidays, so what a nice surprise when I came back.
So I wrote a vicious letter back, and copied the director in (nice from German law that the name is made public in every mail signature). That I was a consumer, and therefor had the right to return. And even when I was a firm, delivering goods not according specs is a breach of the purchase contract.
I got a mail back from them, with apologies and return instructions. Stuff was picked up yesterday, so waiting for my money now.
