Update.
I will write it in English, because it might be that I am not clear enough in German.
So, after two months without internet, in the last visit of the Technician, after accepting to pay 40 euro for the additional visit (even if it was Primacall's fault that I asked a visit and he never came), he said that I needed another router. I had the fritz box 7170 and I needed a newer one that supported the signal in my house. I called to Primacall, they told me that I should send it back and they would send a newer model. I sent it, and after one week without any news I had to call again to Primacall. They told me that they would send it that same day (they didn't even start sending it after one week!). Next day, I received it. It was again the same model! Of course, not working. and I had to pay for the delivery, even if it was their fault!
So, after 2 months and a half, I don't have internet, I already paid the first month (36 euro, instead of the 19 euro of the DSL star basic!), I will have to pay 40 euro for the technician, 9 euro for the delivery and 5 euro that I spent to send the previous router.
Even more, with the new router, the letter said that I should send before 14 days the old router. which was already sent back! but the address they mention is different to the one that I sent it, because by phone they didn't give me any address, so I sent it to the official address in Berlin.
And now what? I give it down and cancel the contract, with the time that supposes and get new contract with another company, with new waiting time and new bad surprises, or I spent more money on a new router on myself and continue paying the DSL signal to these people?

The router arrived yesterday and it is successfully working. Many thanks. I can start now with the monthly payments, but please remember discounting or giving back the money of the prevous month and the delivery of previous routers, and if possible the money paid for the visit of the technician.
