Approx €80 worth of teabags have still not been received more than 4 months after I ordered them. Refund (of "Vorkasse" payment) has still not been received 7 weeks after I requested it. Communication from the company stopped after I requested the refund. Impossible to get through to them on the phone, so it has to be via E-Mail - which they are not responding to. The attached screen shot (of the order status shown on their website) is from 7th June 2016.

we are very sorry that we were unable to supply the tea which yiu had orered.
We came across your comment today and would like to state that the buying pric was fully refunded last year.

Now 3 months later, still no goods received or money refunded.
The refund was received after forcing the company to do so with a court order.
Refund was forced by a court order.
