I had the sad experience that Bon Iver canceled his concert.
But worst of all was that I had bought the tickets for that concert through ticket-tube.
Ticket Tube does not pay the full amount of money back after a concert canellation. Be highly aware of this!
I lost a total of 48% (!) of my money for nothing.
Really bad stile company!

Dear Customers,
We inform our customers in our terms and conditions. In case a concert is being cancelled, the event organizer offers the possibility to send back the tickets in order to refund the printed ticket price. Since you have bought your tickets with us, a reseller, we can also only refund you the printed price, because otherwise we would make a massive loss and might not be able to continue existing.
Again, our apologies. We thank you for your understanding.

Tickettube refers to their terms and conditions claiming their rights, just underlining that tickettube is one of those online companies that make their money with deceiving their customers by hiding vital information in the small letter section. All online businesses build on customers having a general trust on fair and save terms and conditions. Tickettube is abusing this general trust for their business.
Therefore I repeat my claim and invite tickettube to rethink their business strategy changing their focus to customer satisfaction and fair play on the internet.
Tickettube, give me my money back. You have actually delivered nothing to me.
