I received my SIM as per below mail order, and completed the registration process successfully.
My Mobile Number is 01521 9317437.
I activated plan of 12.49 euro by dialing *116*85964626# getting pop up message "Request For the PIN Already Exists".
Payment details are as mentioned in the below mail.
Request you to activate below plan at the earliest & update me on the same.
