i sent a very valuable package on 09.07 with Hermes Logistik Austria!

. Inside my package there were really important things! In hermes page i follow my package and they said me that it has been delivered on 29.07.The problem happened (which i cant even believe) cause we gave a wrong adress.My friend lives there for 20years and i even sent the GPS and google maps to you. Still you couldnt find the adress? Really? Then why you even didnt call him to talk to him? I called all hotlines they didnt even really help!

His birthday ist already passed! My packet is somewhere! Who will pay me back this time and the value of things i sent! Please dont send me anymore useless emails like where i can see the adresses. Where is my package! In hermes page it says it is delievered. He wasnt even at home. Who took then our package? And here on mondial relay it says they send it back to me!
