Management terrible!

Istanbul

On Jan. 12, 2015, Turkish Airlines had an delay of 3 hours between Beirut-Istanbul. In Beirut, nobody from Turkish Airlines told us the reason for the delay, but reassured us that Turkish Airlines will wait and we would make our connecting flights in Istanbul.

Turkish Airlines didn't wait for our connecting flight, although it was just 15 minutes after takeoff time. At Istanbul airport, it was very difficult to get informations about the next flight, in which hotel I could sleep, how to get food and to get compensated for all the trouble and inconvenience. I got conflict information from various Turkish Airlines staff - so at last I slept at the airport on a chair. I couldn't take any pictures with my mobile illustrating the chaos at the airport because the staff members threated me with the police.
With service like this, I really don't understand how Turkish Airlines was once voted as the No. 1 of Europe!

Meine Forderung an Turkish Airlines:

Much better management from turkish airlines!

Still no sign from Turkish airlines about their terrible management.
I m getting just emails, where I should vote that Turkish airlines is "the best" airline. 😀
