Poor customer support and quality of sofa

We recently bought a sofa from seats and sofas, the delivery of sofa was arranged by seats and sofas throught another logistics company.

The sofa that was delivered on 27.04.2015 with defects. See attachment. We reported it on the same day.

According to a telephone call on 02.05.2015, it was said that defect was made by the logistics company. We were also told that the insurance will contact us.

For 2 weeks there was no communincation.

When i visited the showroom, I was told that seats and sofas has nothing to do with the damage as the damage was done by the logistics company.

The people working the branch of Fürth/Bayern are very rude and impolite.
